Your Swimming Lessons

We ask all our swimmers to come to arrive 10/15 minutes before their lesson begins.

They will enter the pool and sit on the poolside bench and stand by the side dependant on the pool (parents must then leave and return to the viewing room) – Those in parent and child or starfish classes, we ask your children come with armbands on to ensure their safety.

After the lesson children will go straight through to the shower area where they can meet their parents.

Just Swim – Public Swimmers

We ask that anyone attending our just swim or family fun sessions call beforehand to book in, without a booking we cannot guarantee you a splash in our sessions.

We love seeing swimmers of all levels progress at the right pace for them and celebrate their individual achievements. By booking your lessons today you are on the start of a swimming journey and one we will join you on for the foreseeable future.

We will work with you to suit your needs and ability at any and all of our pools. Whether you are enrolling your baby, ready to see your child’s technique improve or looking to learn to swim in later life, we are here and look forward to welcoming you a First Strokes member.

You can choose our GROUP LESSONS where our water based teachers work with a small class of 8 students.  Or FAST TRACK your learning with our one to one lessons, the choice is yours.
