Swim as often as you like in our JUST SWIM timetable.
Our JUST SWIM card entitles you to attend any
First Strokes ‘Just Swim’ Sessions.

It also entitles you to bring your family for FREE
at our weekend ‘Just Swim’ sessions for 2 adults and
2 children once a month.
Sessions are subject to change, availability and pool capacity.

During all school holidays we have additional sessions to enjoy our inflatable challenge.

If you are looking for an alternative way to work out in the pool, then get the most out of your swim and try SWIM FIT.

SWIM FIT provides everything you need to motivate, challenge and support you to reach your fitness goals. Whether that is to lose weight, to tone, to improve technique or just to become fitter and stronger.
It is a fun and effective way to get those results you want, and because water is 800 times denser than air you are most likely to get there a lot quicker than any other workout!

The great thing about SWIM FIT is you can tailor your session to suit your individual needs – there are 30 session cards ranging from 10 to 120 lengths displayed pool side so there is a card available for all abilities and fitness levels. Just pick a laminated card and follow the plan, replacing the card after your swim for other customers.

By following these session cards you can progress at your own rate.


Combined with a healthy eating plan, you should start to see noticeable improvements after three SWIM FIT sessions in the following areas:
