At First Strokes Swim School, we are proud to operate from our own purpose-built teaching pools, located at convenient locations throughout the UK. Every one of our centres has been carefully selected and designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where swimmers of all ages and abilities can develop confidence in the water.

Our pools are maintained to the highest standards, with warm water temperatures, modern changing facilities, and dedicated teaching environments that create the perfect setting for learning. We believe that swimming is an essential life skill, and our friendly, highly qualified team are committed to making every visit enjoyable, encouraging, and rewarding.

Each First Strokes location offers more than just swimming lessons. Many of our centres also provide a range of activities including Family Fun Swims, Baby Splash sessions, 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 tuition, Swim Camps, Intensive Courses, Ladies Only Swims, Lane Swimming, Junior Lifeguard programmes, and much more. With excellent facilities and a strong focus on customer experience, we strive to create a place where the whole family can enjoy spending time.
