Just Swim

Come along for a swim during one of our public Just Swim sessions, available every day—including weekends!

Booking is required: simply call your preferred pool and speak to one of our friendly staff. You can also check our Just Swim Timetable for your local pool.

Baby Splash

A gentle and enjoyable session for babies and toddlers to experience the water with a parent or carer. Perfect for early water confidence, sensory play, and strengthening parent–child bonding in a warm, supportive environment.  Baby splash is a session that includes water play toys for extra fun and engagement.

Family Fun

A relaxed, open swim session for families to enjoy the pool together. Ideal for play, confidence-building, and shared fun in the water. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum ratio of 2 children to 1 adult. Family fun is a session that includes floats. 

Ladies Only

A ladies only swim session providing a comfortable, private, and welcoming space. Ideal for swimming at your own pace, whether for fitness, relaxation, or building confidence in the water.

Inflatable Fun

A high-energy, action-packed swim session featuring our Wibit obstacle inflatable. Perfect for families and confident swimmers who want to climb, balance, race, and challenge each other. A fun and exciting way to stay active while enjoying the pool together.

SEND Friendly Swim

A calm and inclusive swim session designed for children and adults with additional needs. The pool environment is more relaxed, with reduced noise and a gentle atmosphere, allowing swimmers to enjoy the water at their own pace. Open to individuals and families with a wide range of SEND needs, creating a supportive and welcoming space for everyone.

Lane Swim – Swim Fit 13+

A structured lane swimming session focused on fitness and endurance. Swim Fit cards are available to help guide your workout. The pool is divided into slow, medium, and fast lanes, allowing swimmers to choose a pace that matches their ability.

How SWIM FIT works

The beauty of SWIM FIT is that you can tailor each session to suit your individual needs.

  • 30 laminated session cards available poolside
  • Sessions range from 10 to 120 lengths
  • Suitable for all abilities and fitness 

Simply pick a card, follow the workout, then return it after your swim so other customers can use it too. By following the session cards, you can progress at your own pace and build fitness safely and confidently.
