Swimming with First Strokes is about so much more than just lessons in the pool – it’s about creating a fun, supportive environment for the whole family while giving our swimmers extra value and exciting perks along the way.

Free Family Fun Sessions*

During the school holidays, swimmers enrolled into lessons can enjoy our Free Family Fun Sessions*, giving swimmers the chance to splash, play and practise their skills outside of their regular lessons. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence in the water while making special family memories.

Unlimited access to our Baby Splash sessions

For our youngest swimmers, those enrolled in Swan and Duckling classes receive unlimited access to our Baby Splash sessions. These relaxed sessions allow little ones to explore the water at their own pace, helping them build confidence while parents enjoy extra bonding time in the pool.

Four catch-up lessons each year*

We understand that family life can be busy, which is why we offer four catch-up lessons each year*. Whether it’s a school event, a family holiday or an unexpected busy day, these sessions help ensure your child doesn’t miss out on their progress in the water.

Sibling Discount*

Families with more than one swimmer can also benefit from our Sibling Discount*. After the eldest child pays the full lesson price, each additional child receives 10% off, making it easier and more affordable for the whole family to learn to swim together.

Referral Scheme*

Our Referral Scheme* rewards families who share the First Strokes experience with others. When you refer a friend who joins our lessons, you can unlock exciting perks such as discounts, free merchandise and Family Swim Vouchers worth £21.50 – our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.

Birthday Party Discount 

Planning a celebration? Swimmers who are enrolled in lessons can enjoy 5% off our birthday parties, making their special day even more memorable with a fun, water-filled celebration with friends.
