Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about the service that we have provided, please discuss this with your child’s swimming teacher
If the teacher is not available please ask to speak to a Duty Manager at reception
If you feel the Teacher or the Duty Manager has been unable to deal with your complaint please contact our Head Office in writing, by either email at headoffice@firststrokes.com or by letter to First Strokes Swim Schools Limited, PO Box 853, Ipswich, IP1 9LB
Refund Policy
All fees paid are non refundable
No refunds or allowances can be given due to absence, holiday’s, sickness or other reasons
Payment Policy
Term fees must be paid in full before the enrolment closing date otherwise the space cannot be held and will be released
A £25.00 handling charge will apply to all returned payments
Our preferred payment method is online, via PayPal at www.firststrokes.com or alternatively we accept Cheques or Cash
